What it shows
Institute analytics gathers each area's own figures in one place: fees collected, outstanding and overdue; the number of students, their average score and how many are at risk; attendance over the last 30 days; enquiries and admissions; messages sent and failed; and AI credits used.
Where the figures come from
Every tile reads the same summary its own screen uses, so the numbers always agree with Fees, Attendance, Admissions, Messages and Billing. Each tile links to that screen for the detail. A tile your role cannot read says so instead of showing zero.
