  1. v0.4.0New features

    Legal notices, release notes, help and the screens that were missing

    • Terms of Use, Privacy Notice and a notice under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, in your institute's name, with its grievance officer and a three-year retention period by default.
    • My data now lists every consent you have given, purpose by purpose, and lets you withdraw one as easily as you gave it.

  2. v0.3.0New features

    Install the app, notifications on your phone, and a new look

    • The platform installs as an app on Android, iPhone and desktop, with your institute's name and icon, and can send notifications to your device.
    • A lighter design with grouped navigation, matching Paper Studio.
    • Profiles: photos, editable details and a history of every change.
    • Receipts, invoices and other issued documents can no longer change once issued; one invoice number series per institute.
    • Robin Paper Solutions support staff can act inside an institute when asked to help; every record they touch is marked as theirs.
  3. v0.2.0New features

    Video lectures, live classes, notices, timetables, fees and imports

    • Video lectures with resumable upload, adaptive streaming, captions, watch progress and analytics.
    • Live classes with a waiting room, host controls, raised hands, chat, polls, breakout rooms, a whiteboard, attendance and recordings.
    • Notices and announcements with audiences, scheduling, acknowledgements and reminders.
    • Batch timetables, teacher load, institute exam dates, a combined calendar and day-before reminders.
    • Offline fee collection end to end: part and full payments, numbered receipts, refunds and corrections, with GST where it applies.
    • Import students, batches, enrolments and fee plans from Excel or CSV, with a dry run and an error report.
    • Batch lifecycle: capacity, waitlists, transfers with fee proration, and people management with invites and automations.
    • Connect your learning management system (LTI 1.3), use your own web address, and follow a public status page.
    • Branded emails and PDFs in English and Hindi.
  4. v0.1.0Major release

    The new RPS Platform

    • One platform beside Paper Studio for messaging, billing and credits, fees and accounts, learning, exams, people, academics, research, admissions, HR and the assistant.
    • Every screen works in English and Hindi, in light and dark, from a watch-sized screen to a classroom wall.
    • Each institute's data is kept apart from every other institute's, and every route checks who is asking.
