Who these terms are between

These terms apply to everyone who uses your institute's learning platform: students, parents and guardians, teachers, staff and researchers. The platform is run for your institute by Robin Paper Solutions.

Your institute decides what courses, tests, fees and rules apply to you. Robin Paper Solutions provides and operates the software. By signing in, or by accepting an invitation, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Notice.

Your account

  • Your account is personal. Do not share your sign-in, and tell your institute at once if you think someone else has used it.
  • Give accurate information, including your date of birth: it decides whether a parent or guardian must consent for you.
  • If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must give verifiable consent before your account can be used, and they accept these terms on your behalf.
  • Your institute may invite, suspend or remove accounts, for example when a student leaves.

Using the platform properly

You must not:

  • take a test for someone else, share test questions while a test is open, or use unauthorised help during a proctored test;
  • upload anything unlawful, abusive, or that you do not have the right to share;
  • try to read another person's data, get round a permission, overload the service, or probe it for weaknesses;
  • copy or resell course material, papers or recordings outside the platform without your institute's permission.

Proctored tests may record events such as leaving the test window, and may use your camera when the test says so before it starts. A teacher reviews these events; a flag alone is never a finding of misconduct.

Content and ownership

Course material, question papers and recordings belong to your institute or to whoever licensed them to it. Your answers, assignments and messages remain yours; you allow your institute and Robin Paper Solutions to store, process and show them as needed to teach, assess and run the platform.

Some features use artificial intelligence, such as practice suggestions, an assistant and help with checking answer scripts. AI output can be wrong. A mark or result that affects you can be questioned with your institute, and a person reviews any appeal.

Fees and payments

Fees, refunds and course prices are set by your institute and shown before you pay. Payments are processed by a payment provider; the platform does not store full card numbers. A receipt is issued for every payment.

Availability and changes

Robin Paper Solutions works to keep the platform available and publishes its status on the status page. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible. Features marked beta may change.

These terms may change. The version and date are shown at the top; if a change affects what you agreed to, you are asked again before you continue.

Responsibility

The platform is provided to support teaching and learning. To the extent the law allows, Robin Paper Solutions is not responsible for indirect loss, or for decisions your institute makes using the platform. Nothing in these terms limits a right you have under Indian law that cannot be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
