The notice board
Notices shows what your institute has published for you: notices, announcements and alerts. Pinned items stay at the top. A notice that asks for acknowledgement has a button to confirm you have read it; your institute can see who has not.
Your inbox
Inbox keeps every message the platform sent you, newest first.
How you are told
In Settings, under notifications, choose what reaches you on each channel: email, SMS, WhatsApp, in the app and push notifications. Security messages and receipts always arrive.
For staff: writing a notice
Staff with permission write notices from Notices → Manage: choose the audience, schedule when it goes out and when it expires, and whether it needs acknowledgement. Every edit is kept as a revision.
