Download your data
Open My privacy and choose Download my data. The request appears in the list below; when it says it is complete, download the file. It holds everything the platform keeps about you.
Erase your data
Choose Erase my data and confirm. Your institute reviews the request. Records the law requires it to keep, such as fee receipts, are kept for that period and erased afterwards.
Withdraw a consent
My consents lists each purpose and whether you agreed to it. Choose Withdraw next to one and confirm. Withdrawing a purpose that is needed to use the platform stops your use of it until you agree again. A parent or guardian manages the consents of someone under 18.
Complaints
The Privacy Notice and the DPDP notice name your institute's grievance officer. Write to them first; if you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
