Buying
Open Store to see what your institute sells: courses, test series and study material, each with its price. Choose Buy: an order is created at today's price and you are taken to the payment. Your order shows as paid as soon as the payment is confirmed, and you receive an email with the order number.
My orders
Every order you placed is listed under My orders with its number, amount and state: awaiting payment, paid or payment failed. A failed payment can simply be tried again.
Running the storefront
Administrators and accountants open Storefront to add a product, change its price or take it off sale. A new price applies to new orders only: an order always keeps the price it was placed at. The orders list shows every order and what has been received.
Payments
Payments go through the institute's payment provider. Until one is set up, the platform can run a test checkout that takes no money; it is clearly marked as a test.
